My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were comfortable and had a different decor, but unfortunately, the room I stayed in, Guadalajara room 405, was horribly small and uncomfortable. The service was top-notch - the staff answered all our questions, gave us suggestions for city tours, and explained everything in our room. The location was really good, close to everything right in the center of Guadalajara. The dining experience was amazing, especially the made-to-order omelets and six different Mexican dishes. Overall, a great experience for the price.
